China State Construction Development Holdings Limited ( Formerly Known as "Far East Global Group Ltd" )(refer as CSCD) was established at 1969 in Hong Kong and re-listed on the Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Limited, stock code as 830. In March of 2012, CSCD was successfully acquired by China State Construction International Holdings Limited (refer as 3311) and officially became a member of China Overseas Holdings Limited (refer as COHL), under China State Construction Engineering (refer as CSCEC).

CSCEC was established formally through the State Council of the People’s Republic of China. It is an investment and construction group which has China’s longest professional development, earliest marketing management, highest degree of integration, and ranked No.1 in the world, as well as the only country-owned key corporate which is managed by the Chinese government within the construction field. CSCEC’s business spreads all over the country and over a hundred countries/regions overseas, including: construction, investment, research design and etc. It is the greatest Chinese real estate corporate, building contractor, cross-regional construction corporate of a developing country and residential construction contractor. CSCEC has always been the best China’s international construction contractor, it is currently ranked 24th in the world’s top 500 corporates.

3311 was established in 1979 in Hong Kong and mainly focuses on building construction and civil engineering, including peripheral operations such as foundation works, site survey, electromechanical engineering, highway and bridge works, concrete production, concrete prefabrication and infrastructure investment. 3311 holds the highest construction licenses (License C) in five categories, which allow the corporate to submit unlimited tender in construction of public buildings, harbor works, roads and drainage, site development and water works. It is also one of the best NW2 contractors of Hong Kong Housing Authority. Over the past 30 years, more than 1,000 projects have been completed internationally and awarded the “Greatest Contractor in Hong Kong and Macau” for 15 consecutive years. Mr. Zhou Yong - Chairman & Non-Executive Director

Mr. ZHOU graduated from Changsha Academy of Military Engineering and University of South Australia. He is Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Building (UK) and The Institution of Civil Engineers (UK). Currently, Mr. Zhou is the executive director, vicechairman and chief executive officer of China State Construction International Holdings Limited. Mr. Zhou was awarded the “Director of the Year Award — Executive Director of Listed Companies (SEHK — Non Hang Seng Index Constituents)” by The Hong Kong Institute of Directors in 2009. Mr. Zhou has more than 22 years’ construction, project and corporate management experience in Mainland China and Hong Kong, in particular, specializes in investment and development new business startup, formulating and executing business strategies for companies.

Mr. ZHU Yijian - Vice Chairman, CEO & Executive Director

Mr. Zhu graduated from the Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology and Hong Kong Open University, holder of master degree, senior economist. Mr. Zhu joined China State Construction Engineering Corporation (a controlling shareholder of the Company) in 1988 and was seconded to COHL in 1994. He was deputy general manager of CSCIHL from February 2002 to December 2004 and general manager of Human Resources of COHL from April 2003 to July 2012. Mr. Zhu was appointed assistant general manager of COHL in 2005. He was an executive director of China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. between March 2007 and August 2009 and vice president of COHL Investment Developing Holdings Limited between July 2012 and June 2014. Mr. Zhu has about 27 years' experience in corporate human resources management, staff training and project investment.

Mr. LUO Haichuan - Senior Vice President & Executive Director

Mr. LUO graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology, and obtained a degree of Master of Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University. Mr. Luo joined the Group in 2003. He has been a director of certain subsidiaries of the Group since 2011. Mr. Luo has over 12 years* experience in human resources management and business management. He is responsible for the Group*s business development in Mainland China.

Mr. WANG graduated from Tianjin University and Greenwich University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. Wang joined China State Construction Engineering Corporation in 1994 and started getting involved in the operation of certain subsidiaries of China State Construction International Holdings Limited since 2003. Mr. Wang has over 21 years of experience in construction engineering and project contract management as well as several years of experience in infrastructure investment.

Mr. CHAN graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University (formerly known as Hong Kong Baptist College). Mr. Chan is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a practicing member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Chan has over 22 years’ experience in finance, accounting and auditing. Mr. Chan has experience in supervising the accounts and finance departments of companies in Mainland China and overseas.

Mr. QIN graduated from Tianjin University and Loughborough University (UK). Mr. Qin joined CSCIHL Group in 1996. He has been a director of certain subsidiaries of the CSCIHL Group since 2004. Mr. Qin has over 22 years’ experience in international construction project management. Mr Qin joined the Group as Vice President in 2012 overseeing the Group’s overseas construction business and has been the President of Gamma North America, Inc. and Chairman of Gamma USA, Inc. since June 2014.

Ms. Kwong is a Registered Architect in Hong Kong and an Authorised Person (List of Architects) of Hong Kong. She possesses Class 1 Registered Architect Qualification of the People’s Republic of China. Ms. Kwong is a past president and fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, a member of the Hong Kong Architects Registration Board and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. She has over 37 years of professional experience in the architectural field.
